User Agreement

FreeDrama is developed by HK IReader Technology Limited.

This user agreement (Hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) is entered into between FreeDrama and FreeDrama's users (Hereinafter referred to as “Users”), concerning the installation, usage and related matters of “FreeDrama” application (Hereinafter referred to as “FreeDrama”). By clicking "I agree" or other ways to accept the Agreement, you acknowledge that you have reached an agreement with FreeDrama and accept all the following terms and conditions.

Article 1 Users' Service

Users must (i) read through and accept this Agreement before installing, downloading, visiting or using FreeDrama in any other way, (ii) download FreeDrama from websites or media appointed by us. FreeDrama has no obligations or liabilities on any possible risks and/or losses caused by Users' breach of this Agreement.

Article 2 Intellectual Property

2.1 We are the copyright owner of FreeDrama. All intellectual property rights related to FreeDrama, as well as information content, including but not limited to dramas, text representations and combinations thereof, icons, graphic decorations, images, charts, colors, interface designs, layout frameworks, associated data, additional programs, printed materials or electronic documents, are protected by copyright laws and international copyright treaties as well as other intellectual property laws and regulations. Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble FreeDrama without our prior written approval.

2.2 Users acknowledge that any dramas, texts, images, graphic materials of the network service provided by FreeDrama are protected under copyright, trademark and/or other property ownership laws. Without the prior written approval of us, foregoing information shall not be used for any other commercial purposes. All or any parts of the information shall only be available for private and non-commercial purpose to be saved in Users ' terminals. FreeDrama has no obligations or liabilities to any Users or third parties on any damages and/or losses caused by (i) the delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions of the information, (ii) during the transmission or submission of the information or any parts hereof.

Article 3 Registration and Account

3.1 When users first use FreeDrama on their personal device, we will assign a unique UID to users automatically. Users can login and bind this UID with Google account or Facebook account. This will ensure the security of users' account assets, help users check their viewing record and unlocked (purchased) drama history.

3.2 If users uninstall FreeDrama without logging in and binding their UID, all the information (including but not limited to behavior records, viewing records, unlocked drama history, purchased history) and assets under his/her FreeDrama Account may be permanently deleted. When users install and use FreeDrama again on a different device, we will assign a new UID to him/her. Users shall be solely responsible for any consequences arising from a UID change due to actions such as data erasure, application uninstallation, or reinstallation.

3.3 Users have the right to delete his/her FreeDrama Account, but all the information (including but not limited to behavior records, viewing records, unlocked drama history, purchased history and assets under the Account will be deleted permanently. Please pay attention to these issues before delete.

3.4 Users shall be responsible for his/her personal behaviors under the UID, and pay attention to the security of UID, including but not limited to the password, other relative information.

3.5 We have the right to disable, suspend, ban or delete user accounts, temporarily or permanently, when Users disobey local laws, regulations or our User Agreement.

Article 4 Users ' Obligations

4.1 Users represent and warrant to use FreeDrama (i) legitimately and honestly, (ii) without infringing any third party's legitimate rights and interests.

4.2 Users represent and warrant not to spitefully delete, change, add functions or data saved in the application, or designedly avoid or destroy technical measures of us for the protection of FreeDrama. Users shall take all risks and responsibilities caused by their breach of this term. In case Users involve FreeDrama into any illegal activities or breach the purpose of this Agreement, we have the right to stop providing services to Users immediately and reserve the right to investigate and affix the responsibilities of Users through judicial channels.

4.3 Users represent and warrant not to (i) imitate products and services for commercial purposes, (ii) copy or imitate design philosophy, interface, functions and charts of FreeDrama, or (iii) modify or create other derivative products of FreeDrama without the prior written approval of us.

4.4 Users shall not use FreeDrama or its services to make, upload, copy, send, share contents that violate applicable laws.

4.5 Users shall take all responsibilities for compensation to FreeDrama and/or others ' losses caused by their breach of this Agreement. Should FreeDrama take such responsibilities, Users shall compensate FreeDrama for related costs and losses, including reasonable attorney's fees.

4.6 Users acknowledge that breach of any of the above representations and warranties or rules and/or notices of FreeDrama may result in immediate termination of their use of FreeDrama without any refund or prior notice.

4.7 Users agree to accept all information services provided by us while using FreeDrama.

Article 5 Rights and Obligations

5.1 We have the right to modify and update FreeDrama at any time based on the needs of operation and network environment.

5.2 In case Users breach this Agreement while using FreeDrama and cause losses to FreeDrama. FreeDrama has the right to take measures, including but not limited to stopping licenses and services, restrictions for use, investigating and affix legal liability, etc.

5.3 FreeDrama may, in its sole discretion, discontinue provision of FreeDrama at any time without liability and/or notice to Users.

Article 6 Disclaimer and Liability Limitations

Users acknowledge that FreeDrama shall not be liable for the following conditions, including but not limited to:

6.1 System problems caused by hurricanes, earthquakes, tsunamis, floods, electrical outages, war, terrorist attacks, etc. (“Event of Force Majeure”).

6.2 Service problems caused by hacker attack, telecom department technical adjustments or failures, website update, bank problems, etc.

6.3 Within the scope of permitted by law, FreeDrama may not necessarily be responsible for any technical issues, such as (i) FreeDrama has no technical bugs, (ii) fixes all bugs of FreeDrama. While, FreeDrama cannot warrant the services meet all needs of every User.

6.4 The only solution to dissatisfaction with this Agreement or FreeDrama is to stop using FreeDrama.

Article 7 Language

User Agreement is written in English and may be translated into other languages. In the event of any conflict, ambiguity or inconsistency between the other language versions of the User Agreement and the English version, the English version shall prevail.

Article 8 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

8.1 Users agree that this Agreement shall be governed by and any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be negotiated between FreeDrama and Users in good faith. If, however, the dispute cannot be resolved, both parties agree to submit to the district Court where FreeDrama’s developer located at for arbitration and governing by local law.

8.2 Any term of this Agreement, for whatever reason, completely or partially invalid or unenforceable or in violation of any applicable laws, shall be deemed to be deleted. Other terms of this agreement shall remain valid and have binding force.
